Maine Gravel Biking Weekends
AMC’s Maine Gravel Biking Weekends return in 2026 with three weekends designed to celebrate the full gravel season while connecting every mile you ride to the care that makes those routes possible. Hosted at AMC’s Maine lodges, these weekends invite cyclists of all experience levels to explore the gravel networks of the Maine Woods, learn new skills, and build meaningful connections within a welcoming community. Each ride reflects AMC’s conservation work on the ground, from stewarding public recreation infrastructure to protecting the places that make riding here so special.

We ride rain or shine! Maine weather can be unpredictable, so pack your rain gear. Safety is always our top priority, and if conditions become unsafe, we’ll adjust plans as needed.
Can I bring friends or family who aren’t riding?
Absolutely! Non-riders are welcome to enjoy the natural surroundings, utilize lodge amenities, join evening activities, or just relax and soak in the scenery.
